Sonnet for My Sisters
Jay, pretty like blossoming orchid fields
But not as liable to fade away
Rough winds scatter but she refuses to yield
Becoming stronger every fleeting day
Ave, vibrant as a golden sunrise
With voice of song flooding her lovely heart
Refusing to appease for compromise
Displaying her own personal form of art
Keely, perfect gift from heaven above
Her second nature giving others grace
With testimony revealing God’s great love
Glorious beams from her radiant face
Such like the tireless cycle of a dove
So is my passion for sisters I love
