The Sonnet of the Immortal

Tue, 06/07/2016 - 17:14 -- Gia y.

Steal from me, this lonely dishevelled heart

Take from me, this lowly accursed soul

Rip it from my chest and tear it apart

Lest ye love the kin of the evil whole

Carve into my flesh your hallowed name

bathe in your holy light my broken mind

And do with it my heart and soul the same

Lest ye love hell’s spawn of another kind

I will be renewed with a soulless gaze

fall to your knees in a repenting prayer

And you perish in your heavenly blaze

Ye shall find thine god is no longer there

From whom do you draw divine power now

Angel of Death, fall to my feet and bow
