Sonnet 3.14.13

The beauty of love is like a stronghold,

Protecting the cherished couples passion.

The gate to love is commonly trodden

By two hearts wanting to join together.

The love began with a quick, subtle glance.

Second, with a smile worth a thousand words.

An exciting date continued the love,

And true love’s first kiss broke the spell of lust.

The memories shared made the love stronger,

And time brought the dream couple together.

The fourth finger of the left hand was bare

no more, the fingers intertwined with his.

Vows were exchanged; love was greatly proclaimed.

That first glance beginning their love exclaimed.
