Some live to see the ripples in the water
The small sound of life growing stronger
A light glimmer that reflects all anger
The sadness that wilts a flower
The beautiful petals that fall to the ground,
A bright pink to a musty brown
Once smooth, now wrinkled
Slowly dies, until the glimmer shows no more.
