Social Engineering

Can you see me, will you know?
Do you understand what goes on below?
Behind the screen of wonders
a sea of restless numbers.
No one survives
The Undertow.

Long ago I did forgo
the dream of sharing mistletoe.
Now the sun can I dim
pounding keys just like a hymn.
No one survives
The Undertow.

I fell for your phishing once,
How could I be such a dunce?
All I did was say hello,
Soon to be my deathblow.
No one survives
The Undertow.

Erase your memory soft and slow,
until it is as white as snow.
Revenge a dish best served cold,
enjoy the troubles as foretold.
No one survives
The Undertow.

“Midnight!” caws the crow,
reap now what you sow.
My army to be dispatched
your life never patched
No one survives
The Undertow.

And so, my hat off to you:
Black, who knew?
Your control I overthrow
with piercing cries; a piccolo

But yet,
never forget:
that no one
survives
The Undertow.
