They say angels protect us

That they guard the faithful from evil.

But where were the angelswhen the soldier prayed to be brought home safely and was then shot by the enemy?

Where were the angels when a little boyprayed for a loving home and was then stabbed by his mother and his father watched as he bled to death?

Where are they now as boys are stolen from their homes, guns thrust into their hands, forced to fight a mans war?

Where are they now as a believing mom holds her baby's lifeless body?

Where are they now?

Where are these so called "Angels"?
