Snow White

Snow White, upon a time lived by a lake,

Seven bedrooms were filled with the dwarves.

Her friends advised her to flirt and to marry

The dwarf who would show much reward.

Snow White thought she’d choose the “Doc” who was rich,

So she’d never do without again.

However, “Doc” was as full of himself in the mirrors,

Like the wine and the foods he’d indulge.

Enlightened Snow White selected “Happy” next,

Learning he was only happy in public.

His image was fake and at home he was silent

A miserable existence at best.

Third time is the magical charm in tales,

Snow White chose “Dopey” at last.

“Dopey” appearing least likely to prosper,

The die was about to be cast.

His heart was as huge as a mansion,

Though he had the smallest room in the house.

His friend in high places who came to his aid

Was none other than Mickey Mouse!

“Dopey” and Snow White moved to Disney on Main Street,

The quaintest of places on earth

He was dressed as a prince to greet tourists and children

Then became like the character’s image.

Eventually they moved to the castle to live

In the royal chambers awaiting,

Happily ever after they lived,

Lacking nothing and started their family.
