I smile a lot

smiles are great

smiles add style to every empty moment

and when you own it

you can sprinkle a smile on anything

and defeat any opponent

yes I do smile

But there are other types of smiles too

A smile can be the best type of lie

you sigh at the day and you feel like you could cry

but you can't deny, people don't ask what's wrong

when you smile extra wide

smiles can be sinister

the pinnacle of pessimism

perky quirky pallidness

an empty bliss because

you never ever entered

an endeavor so severed

from sarcasm such as this

you smile like a mad man

a grin hidden in a sad fan

banned from being happy, but you do what you can

sigh most of you may not get the point here

all I'm saying is a smile is the way most people hide their fears

their afraid to try, to cry, knowing social interaction is do or die

so they lie, they laugh, but with that their epitaph

to originality, their will for their capacity, is actively

removed. I can admit, that not every smile I do is legit.

That my speech and use of slang is not natural

that I with every fiber of my being am not a social admiral

but I am also not invincible

I live by very difficult principles

But my concerns are more than just municipal

I mean some of you are half asleep

which shows you don't even see me as an individual

Everything is a joke.

Every action is so you can laugh.

If only you could see it

your head is filled with hot gas

but I pass, when I act like things are fine

You say I have a backbone, you say I have a spine.

Behind the lines in your speech, I see the truth

I'm weak because what you say bothers me

but I still smile, which makes me strong too right?

It is my greatest fear to be seen as too cryptic

So I act open to all, and tell all my secrets

when really you know nothing of me

All you know is a smile
