A smile, a wave

A smile,

A wave,

Worthwhile?

Mama always said be brave,

But Mama's gone away,

Sleeping forever now,

And my worlds gone astray.

I mask the pain with a bow,

A courtsey little known,

I take the masquerade,

My pain is rarely shown,

Through the clever charade.

A smile,

A Wave,

Mama's soldier pretends to be brave.
