Smell The Roses

Wake up dear friend.
Find yourself in this endless garden.
Do you know what that sweet scent is?
Go, look at the red blooming flowers,
the ones upon the trellis and the hedges.
If you choose to pick one, be careful of the thorns my beloved.
One prick would be painful.
They are roses, those flowers,
which emenate the sweet fragrence.
Go ahead, smell the roses,
they represent my love for you.
Each petal is like a heart,
soft and fragile and red.
And each petal can be plucked away,
like the beating of my heart which yearns for you.
