Slipping and sliding

James 1:7-8 New English Translation (NET Bible)

For that person must not suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord,

8 since he is a double-minded individual, unstable in all his ways.

Slipping and a sliding

The end of the day is just the beginning

How many years are there still left to go?

This is not a game where one counts the innings

But a place where life and death are known

“Time is forever” in a different dimension

But the here and now are built on guided limits

Deeper truth for sure removes all prevention

When a final breath escapes from the wish list

In a whisper in due time one-third of the population

Will take their final breath in one accord

Thinking that it will bring the end of frustration

Not knowing that this will be forevermore

Who will take the message and show hope?

Who will be the one who will raise the warning?

Who will help the wounded and injured on the slope?

As humanity slides downward it is so alarming
