She was the one who raised me from my youth.
With arms wide open just as mothers do.
She was the only one I knew as truth.
My sister was the only one I knew.

With nights so calm and lovely in her arms.
Finally, I found the love that was gone.
I was away from all the world’s great harms.
Her soul was like the one of a sweet swan.

Where’s the one that gave me this breath of life?
Never saw her till the night came, oh no.
She cuts through my heart with her shiny knife.
The pain she causes me is such a blow.

Yet the sunshine of my sister shines bright.
The only one that brings me back to light.
