He was a siren,
His song tortured my soul,
But I followed him blindly.

He drug me further out to sea,
Promising to never let me go,
With one swift motion and a sly grin, he released my hand.

I sank for I was unable to swim,
The treacherous waters swallowed me as I took my last breath,
I saw him smiling.

I sank to the bottom of the ocean,
With his smile in my heart,
Wanting him even more.
