Silk Screen

I have a dual face.
Within I burst with joy
Externally, I’m a Chinese silk screen
Beautiful, yet concealing of emotion
If you would only try
To see the other side of the façade.
I know that your surprise
Could only last a moment
But as a candle, the light
Would suffice for a time.
