Shinning Star

My mind is a star running across the ocean.

I'm a star that's so bright.

Yet so weak and broken.

The ocean is far and wide, the horizon is close yet so far.

The ocean is dark; it's so easy to get lost.

My mind can get deeply lost in darkness.

And it can quickly get sucked into madness.

But it's not hard to be a bright shinning star again.

Because I have other stars to count on.

These stars are my friends.

They bring out the best in me.

I know that when I'm depressed, I don't dare to frown.

Because I have friends all around.

The ocean can be bright as well.

Just like the shinning star that shines above.
