In a sky of stars, I wanna shine for God

Brighter than a filament, my light inside

Divides,

truth from lies like a firmament within

I'm in Gods 'ER' cause the sin is so sickening...

All of my talk and excuses, please excuse it

the battle is the Lords, He can NeveR lose it

and all my babble of before-let me conclude it now

and I'll grapple to the Lord cause I'm droopin' down

then when I slip up- the Spirit has me get up in the Word that I knew, but I'm ready to use it now...

Lord please hide me in your strong tower house,

cause I don't want my flesh to find me & escort me out.

I couldn't be a 'one man show'

the living Spirit in the seat is who I stand for,

and when the sky's dark, let my light shine,

cause I'm finished wit sin, its time to LET GOD!

I don't know tomorrow or even later today, but I know one thing, for the Lord I will sang
'cause the Spirit is convicting when I'm fidgeting away,
and He has me in the Sun when I run to the shade,
so I'm here gazing up like the sky was His face,
pacing down the very narrow road to His Gates,

mine is paid,
now I'm sittin' in the shade, sippin' lemonade with the raid,
sprayin' at the insects invading MySpace,
Facebook,
wait, i mean I'm facing His pages,
They look
starin', like I should be embarrassed or ashamed of His name,
but wait, by the way
the Word does say that true gain is for me to suffer shame for His name,
so I'm shoutin' out His name like I see Him down the road,
and I'm putting on Christ 'cause the sin is so cold
just like ice, i was froze,
then the Lord said son, go and sin no more,
now remain in the Word and refrain from the world and the gimmicks in it,
now that you've repented
know that my grace is sufficient!
