Shallow timelessness

Proverbs 21:2 New English Translation (NET Bible)

All a person’s ways seem right in his own opinion,
but the Lord evaluates his thoughts.

Shallow or deep

Deep in thought with a shallow mind, is time really moving?

Somewhere lost in nothingness and searching for the “clear”.

Wondering what is there to find and where then to take it

It would not by accident if we step in the dung of yesteryear?

Is the search complete when you discover through meditation,

That these are the imprints carved in time from your past?

Are not such life-stumbling blocks  and the pitfalls of the present?

As too often we repeat yesterday's mistakes in a different cast?
