Send It

The year of '17 was the year I really "sent it"

Jumping off high places, I never will forget it.

But if I had to sum the year up in a single moment,

It'd be when I broke my ankle, boy did I loathe it.

The jump wasn't crazy, many had swung before

but natural fear and clamy hands made my body soar.

And down

down

down I went

The jump I sent

Bones bent as my foot and rock met

And thats how I'd discribe 2017

It had promise and momentum,

I may not have been very successful

But I sure as heck "sent them"
