Self

Matthew 5:1313 “You are the salt of the earth. But what good is salt if it has lost its flavor? Can you make it salty again? It will be thrown out and trampled underfoot as worthless.

Here you are partially complete ... a finished product just half done.

Appears good with flaws and cracks … to be called antique by some

The older it seems, the higher the worth ... similar to sin from the beginning.

It misinforms the flesh right from birth … losing the game in the 1st inning.

How to get "self" out of self ... how to loose the self you love

Before it is too late again ... within the time-lines from above?

“Commands I kept from my youth”, a rich young man told the Lord.

Sounds like an average adult in church … inviting all to come aboard.

Come to “my” place and be like me ... do what I do and you’ll be fine.

If everyone becomes like “we” … would our world be worth a dime?

“Salt of the earth” tasting like Jell-O ... not much flavor but sweet in taste

Justified by self we seem hollow ... calling this love. Oh! What a waste.
