The seasons change

The seasons change,

the seasons grow.

They grow into something beautful.

Summer,

a time of laughter,

a time of heat and yellow.

Swimming in pools

and jumping in lakes.

The weather cools

as the summer months end.

Fall

The leaves change color,

from a vivid green,

to shades of yellow, orange, and brown.

They pile up,

ready for children to jump in.

Sweater weather forms,

then slowly drifts away.

Winter,

when branches turn to icicles,

when sorrowful emotion fills the air.

Christmas,

Jesus is born.

Snow boots, heavy jackets, and hats

cover the people.

Flowers die,

and then they start to bloom.

Spring

The plants,

they grow

into something beautiul.

The insects, birds, and animals,

they come back alive.

The air grows warmer.

Summer
