Sea Mistree

Sea Mistress

Heading out, I’m seaward bound

Waves snapping shore, the only sound

And the punch of salt air

It’s fresh caress

Swirls my mind

Like a lover’s dress

Gulls bow  to me feeling transcends

There’s a thick southwest wind

Like glass through the sea

I spy the sand

My sea mistress pulls my hand

Lovers we will always be

My magical, lyrical, spiritual, sea

This poem is about:
Our world
