The Screams

They hid in a corner,

Clinging on to each other,

Tears kissed their cheeks,

As they shook backwards and forwards.

The screams could be heard for miles,

Words were shot back and forth.

They were alone,

Not knowing how to stop the fight.

A deafening scream rang through the house,

The door banged shut,

Glass shattering everywhere,

Piercing everything it touched,

Blood flowed,

They were done.
