All you hear is be quiet, settle down, take notes, no cell phones. No music, no fun, pay attention and learn. Well how about we take over the teaching zone. How about students you can use your phones but that you have to earn. Let's be able to have fun & learn. Interraction is the key. If only a teacher could see. Taking notes may be good for one & a cliff for another. Come help my brother. My sister as well. Don't just tell speak to us like we do exist not yell and shake your fist. We are people to you know so why can't we suggest options for learning along the path we go. The best teacher in school is the student. You can't guess how we learn; however, we can teach you so that you can know and earn our undividing attention. We know ourselves better than you so stop yelling and listen to the students too. You have your time now let us haves ours. We are the ones in the future who will have the power. Give us the time of day. Guide us in the right way. Let us learn at our own pace. Let us make it to the finish line at the end of this race. Encourage us not sling us to the pits of the cold hearted world. Tell us we did a great job & you're proud of our work. Don't emphazize negativity guide us with positivity. A great student is every student. A great teacher never says you can't make it but encourages you and says you can do it.
