What a mystery she lived
a fake a lie everything she did
she laughed, she cried, truely an honest girl
but what really went on in her world

dead roses, dead roses
you always wanted everlasting roses
dead roses, dead roses
what do you do with dead roses

How did this unexpectedly fall apart
it took a blow straight to the heart
how did you not see
that her face wilted from reality

dead roses, dead roses
still looks beautiful as it decomposes
dead roses, dead roses
why would you rid of dead roses

How long did she know she would lay surrounded by roses
when flakes fell? or when the lake froze
Once her eyes were warm, deep, blue, until they crystalized
one stare ensued a spell; one mirror reflected her paralyzed

dead roses, dead roses
that rose of December closes
dead roses, dead roses
what do you do with dead roses?

marveled the velvet but over looked its thorns
the petals faded quickly once they were torn
a shameful way to die yet a shame its dead
another shame we couldnt capture her head

dead roses dead roses
oh the alluring fragrant it exposes
dead roses dead roses
it will be hard to toss dead roses

as if she knew a secret; that seldom wanted to know
too bad her body is frozen, too bad she fell with the snow
motinoless eyes still peak, and silenced not thoughts but her say
those words stay in her eyes -underground with dead roses on her grave
