The rose
It lies crushed
Beneath winter snows
Along with my hopes
And my dreams
I sit alone
In a dark dark place
Thinking thoughts
About how I wish
I could be happy
I know that one day
Joy will fill my heart
I will wait for that day
Until then
I hope my rose
Does not
Die
