10 God has revealed these to us by the Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.

Accusations by evil spirits can be mistaken

As Satan indicts us before ourselves and God

It’s not a censure of the conscience even if it grows stronger

Until it runs out of control if you like it or not

There is no other way but to listen to it

It tears into our being that Satan knows so well

Only Christ can confront it and remove the stinging feeling

That all accusations bring as in the time you can tell

Turmoil will be replaced by peace beyond the knowing

Serenity will be following through the Spirit’s realm

And that is where the conscience really originates

And the Holy Spirit can appear and provide the Balm
