Revolution

Sat, 10/05/2013 - 00:33 -- Shana_M

He passes by the window.

Numerous times a day.

Watching guard over me.

As unknown predators.

Try to invade the surroundings.

She stares out into darkness.

Wondering about the world.

Confined by society.

Everything is planned.

Unfair and unnatural.

Every day passes by.

I am here and he is there.

Yet we are the same.

Controlled and dominated.

Yearning to be free.

I walk around the tower.

Observing the surroundings.

I am free and she is stuck.

Yet we are part of a whole.

A revolution.
