Hello, somewhere, elegiac yet angelic Kurdt,

Solar flare of otherworldly insight and humanism

Iconoclast of modern societal bullshit

The universal thinker.

While exposing the surreally underground

An ascent of vitriol rain/

Soul pollution infested the scheme of things.

Teenage angst had paid off well,

But opened third-party floodgates of distorted truths.

It became a circus, implosion memoria, a

Crucifixion of seahorses with unfettered indifference.

Self-appointed judges played with firecracker cigarettes,

Demagogues that made your existential pains a melodramatic amusement;

Morbid destruction of pitiable, and apparently pliable, endorphins.

This was a sidestep backwards. This was a game. This was for real.

Pathos, like the soul, cannot be dissected.

That soul spilt depth for the masses to critique, desire, and devour.

These things were done simultaneously.

In the vein on cyberspace, you bleached my empathy

Allowing some nebulous convergence to take hold with good intentions.

Metaphysical ignition of some intangible sensitivity,

Amygdalae entwined; tragic flaws disclosed; collective unconscious,

Human condition, identification, exacerbation, and insight coalesced.

You transmuted a nostalgia and connection for an era

In me that I had no way of experiencing first-hand,

A kind of diffusion of feeling; osmosis of perspective.

Freefall into ghouls towards the mirror’s actual reflection.

Fortitude matches an appreciation of what pain truly means.

Visceral, cerebral, dorsal, indisposable.

It has mattered. It meant something to me. Something is hard to explain.

I guess we’re all judged that way.

You made contact regardless.

I want you to know

I did not know you but I still miss you.
