Everyday, in the mirror
The face I see haunts me
A beautiful child, too soon TAKEN
The terrible accident
Burning always in my mind.
A voice to never be heard again
The giggle that was a reason to live
Her heart had only love to give

She was a princess
Parents first child
Heavenly angel
Little sisters greatest hero
Brilliant mind

Inspiration
Found in death and despair
Family too far apart to tear
Our friendship unseen
Till she died

I never realized
How much I resemble
My guardian angel

My face spitting image of her
My eyes slightly darker than hers
My hair same color
The words from my mouth sound like they came from hers

My tears cry out for her
A missing part of me
My big sister
Everything she could be
She was and is

My strengths
My weaknesses
All because of her
My loves
My hopes
All because of her
My fears
My dreams
All because of her

My face it haunts me
Renee, beautiful angel
watch over me and see
I’ll grow from this seed
Into the flower I’ll be
From your love raining down on me

As each day grows longer
And as I grow older
Its hard to not see
You standing next to me
Holding my hand
Saying we can do this we can
