My heart dropped. Its light beat had sunk from chest to stomach. Today was the day. For the first time I believed Death wasn't upon me. I had be fears. I was better, or at least I was free. I wasn't truly sure of the difference at the time. Sleep came easy, food was freedom. Mind, body, soul, all the same bullshit everyone says. It was true that anything was possible, but we know myself better than that.
