Red Flag, Red Flag

"I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."

I pledge allegiance to your flag of the divided states of America and to your republic for which it falls, no nation, where is God?, invisible, with inequality and injustice for all.

Young black girl with all intentions of being good. I came from the section not out the hood. I wonder if when I walk into a store with a bag on my back do they think I might steal or attack. Smart young girl mindset far from whack but y’all see me as a future prostitute or someone laid on their back. You praise the American flag while all I do is say red flag let me tell you about that

Red Flag, Red Flag

Lil boy take that hood off your head, you know if the cops see you wearing that you could get shot dead

Red Flag, Red Flag

Lil girl get up off the floor, people see you as a lazy influence that the world brought forth

Red Flag, Red Flag

Cooperate with the cops, some are trying their hardest while others are just making us  statistics on the block

Red Flag, Red Flag

Hands up don’t shoot, I promise ian do it just don’t kill me or beat me black and blue

Red Flag, Red Flag

This is war, fighting for freedom shouldn’t be a choice

Red Flag, Red Flag

See this is greatness, praising my culture because for so long they didn’t think we would make it

Red Flag, Red Flag

Don’t you see, only 16 but i’m speaking on a message that’s crazy when you see it

Red Flag, Red Flag

I will never give up LA’KIRA FOUNTAIN and I say my race is worth fighting for

Red Flag, Red Flag

The future is bold, y’all will never write how our story is told
