The real Salvation

I've always been an atheist
no God could have grounded me
'cause I saw all lands
like temples
hallowed sanctuaries to find refuge
and my faith was held
by the people around me.

I was bound by no creed
not a single rule I followed
'cause I was guided by high morals
like Moses
I found waters opened and endless seas
in the love surronding me.

But like a converted pagan
a true believer you now see in me
that's 'cause you taught me
the Religions' secrecies.

Disclosed by the hands
of a lover who kneels before me
my body sacred and revered
senses at hightened frequencies.

The Old Books of Creations
avoided the real salvation
but I know the Revelations
and need no redemption.

It's in the kiss in my temple
fevered and tender
that welcomes me
from your holy Eden.
