A RAVENS UNFORTUNATE CURSE

Location

The raven,

destined by  his curse,

to live a solitary life.

Bygones are forgotten.

Lovers found the false truth

and flew away.

His curse is his own,

thrush upon him

by ignorance and fear,

never to be trusted,

loved,

looked after.

He wishes no harm,

no evil or malice,

but only to be near to another,

any other,

even not of his own kind.

Dear Raven,

I do not hold on to

these tales of woe,

stories of horror

and fearfulness.

You are beautiful,

majestic,

magnificent

and wild

but alas,

alone.
