The Rain

Mon, 01/28/2019 - 01:36 -- Ylzm

The rains fell, briefly,

On the mercilessly scorched earth,

but vanished, just as briefly;

Hot steam now blanket the earth,

The heat seeped into every place;

Once a relief from the heat,

Now every shady place,

Filled with gunky steamy heat.
