Rain, Rain,
Please come again,
To wash away all of my pain.

Disdain, disdain,
Runs through my veins
All hopes have been slain.

The strain, the strain,
My heart screams in vain
I fear that I may go insane.

The clouds that enfold me,
They comfort and hold me,
How I love the way you console me.

Your sweet pitter patters,
Your splashes and splatters
Relieve me from all other matters.

Your refreshing smell
Puts me under a spell,
How I loath to tell you farewell.

Rain, Rain
Please come again,
Restore my sane and relieve me from all of this pain.
