quit saying you are ugly.

You keep saying you are ugly

How can you possibly love yourself?

When every time, every second, you don’t love yourself

You look in the mirror; you don’t like what you see

Then you go back to the beginning, saying you are ugly.

The loose skin, thick self, skinny, the stretchmarks on you,

That gap between your teeth or even the switched front teeth

That obviously looks perfectly good on you. But

You overanalyze yourself, every single bit piece of you

Destroying your self-esteem, your self-confidence and even your will to live

Let alone believe in yourself.

You constantly keep telling yourself

how could anyone possibly ever want you

why? Why do you bother anyone liking you

when you don’t even like your own body

you don’t even love yourself

how I wish you would understand,

that you are perfect just the way you are

just very perfect by being yourself.

You need to start believing in your self

You are beautiful

You need to stop beating yourself up all the time

You need to stop the ongoing battle,

You keep having with yourself.

You need to stop destroying yourself, from inside

Stop trying to be something you are not

And stop seeking validation from others,

Yes, you don’t have the perfect body, so what?

Stop trying to be something you’re not

Because you are perfectly fine

Reality check!!, not everyone’s got that perfect body

And not everyone is perfect either.

So you got to stop tearing yourself apart,

You shouldn`t thing so little about yourself

You are a beautiful creation of God, his image

So Quit reducing yourself to ugly!.
