I've been calling you the Queen for some time
And this for a multitude of reasons
Out of wit, because your last name is King
About you can drive a man to treason

Speaking on the latter, there is more
In ten syllables it's hard to get out
But there is a ruthlessness in your lore
Which conflicts me so to the point of doubt

But I am intrigued, you are like a rose
Gorgeous to look at but biting to hold
I lacked words, so I put them in this prose
It took me a while to be this bold

In good humor, I think back to that night
And I ponder,"Could the Queen be my Psyche?"

This poem was great but out of the whole my favorite line would simply have to be "You are like a rose, gorgeous to look at but biting to hold." Simply magnificent!
