Purpose 2

Psalm 119:34 New English Translation

34 Give me understanding so that I might observe your law,

and keep it with all my heart.

Purpose 2

The purpose of divine Salvation is to encourage us to deny our will

The call throughout the temporal is our will to be one with His

And unless unconditional surrender to God and accept His Will

All is just feelings and emotion, like spirituality disguised in a kiss (like Judas)

Holy and Happy feelings or price winning thoughts,

Are but an outward show for humanity to endure

Visions, dreams, and toils are not of any worth

unless your will is one with God’s to be in Christ and pure

It is not the nature of what we start, but who started it

Is it me, or is it God? We better make sure to know that

God effects obedience, a cognitive will if you please

For our volition is exceedingly stubborn, and we know that

Mostly our will refuses to obey until God interferes somehow

Unpleasant circumstances and trials may come to get our attention

These purify our thoughts and promises in the light of God’s Will

Together for good, all things work for believers in God’s dimension

God wants us to know that He does not save us for our enjoyment

But He saves us simply because of His Own Will deep within

In gain or loss, joy or pain, and even in the deepest sorrow

It is God’s Will that counts for His Glory and Christ, our King

We live on earth not for ourselves, but for God’s Will and pleasing Him

To worship Him is simply do what brings Glory to His Name

To do His Will as stated long before our own existence

To feed the poor, needy and widows, and the children all the same
