Pure

She's a tomboy with blonde hair and blue eyes,

Who's quite all about the country guys.

Before her braces she used to wear glasses,

But now she wears contacts.

She's as valuable as a ruby on the first of July,

And I'm so blessed to have her by my side.

We've known each other before we even met,

So having her as a friend is something I'll never regret.

She's very special because she's filled with amazing grace,

And I love that she's just a text or phone call away.

She's always there when I need her,

Because she's my best friend forever.

She might have a sister and brother,

But she's just as beautiful as her mother.

She's very talkative just like me,

But that's what makes her so funny and friendly.

She's not a person who wants to talk all about me,

She's a person who's sweet, loving, and caring.

I know I can count on her because she's a person of trustworthy,

Have you seen how skinny she is? She's a woman full of healthy.

Being a Fellowship Christian Athlete who loves her bible verses,

Sure makes her energetic for basketball and track fitness.

She might've worn her shirt backwards in basketball,

But she goes along with one for all.

Sure she loves to be sarcastic,

But she's so athletic that she'll always be a lady maverick.

Not only she's A-W-E-S-O-M-E,

She'll be an EHS senior class of 2017.

Sure she loves her sausages and boom is her signature word,

But her loving Twitter and Instagram doesn't make her a nerd.

She's always determined to finish,

But hey she was in PreAP English.

This girl right here is so outgoing that she's the life of the party,

She's so clever in which I call her a cookie full of smarty.

She doesn't just love her closeup,

She loves her burritos from Allsups.

She's a fan of the Dallas Mavericks and Texas Rangers,

So her being thoughtful and helpful doesn't make her a stranger.

She loves her blue and green underarmour,

Because it goes along with her kindheart.

She's an intelligent artist who loves her elephants,

As she makes them look so elegant.

In basketball her number is so five,

That it makes her do the signature pose of a peace sign.

She's a Christian who says "Jesus is my savior",

Did I tell you how much I love her?

Not only does she listen to my terrible bad day stories,

But she sure does mean the world to me.
