I write Lines Lines

Lines, the occasional curve

the occasion loop

over and

over repeated

(repeated)

Purpose comes

from these words

these

Lines.

Merely Lines

Lines We

pour over

devote, pray

meditate, absorb

remember, follow

Change.

Poetry is more than

these Lines.

Poetry is an experience

first witnessed at the

arrival of birth.

We cry we identify

we link our Soul with.

These Words articulate the silent

expression of our connection as humans.

LINE LINES curves LINES LINES LINES LINES

Our children memorize these lines they pour over the

devotion of accounting history

stories

memories

human connection:

Humans.

(REPEATED LINES) repeated Lines

If poetry is merely repeated Lines

why is it sufficient?

Why do we continue?

Is it because it is the equalizer of all emotions

or memrly the outlet of all identity.

Poetry still is not a neccessity of expression

or a method to consume time.

Poetry is proof of

Existence.

Our struggle

love

(the glint of a wavering fiery sunset reflected

on the scales of an azure lake,

The softness and grooves found on an infant's

blushed foot at birth)

is not in vain through poetry

Poetry is the way that like a tree

each leaf may be abstracted and also affiliated

with the belief that we are more than a series

 of leaves and branches but are

in fact a tree:

thriving with the

experience of life.

Albeit abstract

the roots of our expereinces are

the only thing that relates us

joins us makes

us Human merely

because we say

we are.

So yes poetry is more than

repeated lines

It is the deepest proof that we

are

also

alive.
