Pre-K was the land of nap time and crayons and letter printing.
Pre-K meant having my name on the board

Pre-K was my turn to sit in the "special chair" for story time.
Pre-K meant being a Power Ranger
Was the coolest thing you could be.
Pre-K was when my teacher dressed up as Barbie
And gave out M&M's.
Pre-K was playing at recess in the Log Cabin
Or learning to finally hang up-side-down on the monkey bars.
It was the days of playing Doctor and Patient
Or Cops and Robbers.
Pre-K was filled with laughter,
But the time outs too.
Pre-K is the day I want to go back to.
