To write is to have power

The power to speak

The power to educate, and be educated.

To write is to have will

The will to believe

The will to succeed

To write is to fight

To fight the system that preceeds our rights

To show might

That our futures are too bright to make us flight

To write.

To write is to be one step ahead

To push points and opinions

To write is to learn from the past mistakes

To write is decision

To have a voice

To make a choice

To stand up for my rights.

This is why I write.
