To change the world, if only for a day, must originate from a simple idea. If I could change the world, it would not be an easy job. I would make sure there was money available to find a cure for cancer. Growing up, my classmate lost his brother, who was a year older than us, to cancer the same week my other classmate lost her mom. Cancer doesn't just affect the families of victims but the community around. That was during my 4th grade year, and I still remember that week like it was yesterday.

I can't tell you how I would raise the money to help research a cure for cancer but there is one thing I can say. I think it's ridicious that all these lobby groups spend millions of dollars on politcal campaigns. Imagine is all that money was spent on finding a cure to cancer. Maybe we would have one by now and could save thousands of lives every year.
