POLARITY

Crystalized by frigid winds

Bones frostbitten

By the cool air

Fingertips numb at the touch of you-

Unattainable.

Yet I am

bursting through with scorching heat

Disaster ; yet a masterpiece

Consuming all

That dare cross my path.

Glaciers

Ominous in their plight

Deceptive;

You were one.

With the force to

Freeze the Pacific

So how could you not have

Captured me?

Hypnotized by the

thought of you,

My flame grew

massively,

Melting your ice.

(Because self-defense is

often subconscious).

Nonsense memories

repressed in my mind

You were another kind.

Our polarity

Nixes coexistence.
