She’s there for me when the voices speak,

I let the hidden emotions drain onto the blank piece of loose leaf,

When life was hard and everything seemed to be bleak,

She was my princess in a sparkling dress - I enjoyed the relief,

The tears I cried turned into rhymes,

wrote nearly a hundred times; a day

I didn’t need any techniques,

cause my words was unique in their own way,

I started to realize,

That I couldn’t deny this gift I was given,

I couldn’t give in to the blues,

not after all she’s done for me

I know she'd never run from me,

because somehow she always comforts me

and all I gotta say is;

I love you, my dear friend Poetry
