Poem about Poetry

Location

A voice inside a soulThe emotion, the strength, the hidden confidence That sometimes never releases; or is trapped on paper By the pen that squeezes out the voice onto a sheet ...Then another sheet, another sheet! It becomes journal of dreams we want to scream out, but sometimes don't.Theyre either held in, tossed out, forgotten, or passed on Until the voice is to small to be uncovered As long as the spark that drives the pen exists; And the voices in your head feed dreams to make art with,The pages containing many tiny souls become a book of voicesScreaming the dreams and emotions of the single soul that used the pen to create it.
