Useless

It is senseless the way of life ... that I see all around me

The super-rich and the homeless poor ... moving all about “free”

The poor are kept away for sure ... so the rich won’t see them

Paid for by the middle class ... as they reluctantly feed them

What is the answer to this call ... do I know it can’t be fixed

For the mind that is involved ... wants itself to get rich?

Parasites found in all classes ... the poor, the rich, able and not

But to suck blood from a carrot ... really sucks in the working lot

Is there hope to fix the problem ... who really cares for sure

The poor will be always with us ... so comfort and riches may endure
