Panic Attack

Panic attacks

Are not the only thing she doesn’t lack

Her self-confidence is never in tact

But wait a second let’s back track

Let’s get back to this fact

Self-consciousness and self-doubt

Those things don’t play around

They begin to crowd

In her mind

Until she can’t hear a sound

Where can she hide

Nowhere to be found

Caught up in the tide

She’s beginning to drown

She’s longing for her purpose

But she can’t find her way to the surface

She believes she deserves this
