Palm Tree Universe

Flying straight through the pier,
With my arms raised to my sides,
A sensation offered only,
In California,

Palm trees up to the moon,
Overlooking large white letters,
Overwhelming magic,
They'll never warn ya,

There is no time to ponder,
When you're in a world,
Shaped for you to wander,

Like you, like me,
On land, at sea,
The most beautiful soul I've ever known,
And her name is LA,

At times she cloaks the brightness,
But at night she lights up our world,
Opening a multitude of doors,
Each and every way,

There is no time to ponder,
When you're in a world,
Shaped for you to wander,

If I tried to walk to the other side,
It'd take a separate life,
I'd be enamored, stop with every sight,
Become the western roam,

We've glimpsed the sun,
And landscape, so berry blue,
You may not be from here,
But you still call it home,

There is no time to ponder,
When you're in a world,
Shaped for you to wander.
