Moving

                Moving

                                Moving

                                                Moving

Stop

and the world comes crashing down.

Loss of control.

Spinning.

Dizzy.

All lights are strobe lights.

All noises are

Jarring

Harsh

Falling

                                Falling

Falling

Every nerve thrumming,

Every thought flickering.

Flicking.

It’s an unreal dream.

Images.

Faces moving, whirling.

Bodies shifting

Distorted.

Focus.

Recite the dictionary. (alabaster, augury, barista, biting, camilla, color, delude)

Go through times tables. (1x1=1, 1x2=22x2=4, 2x3=6…3x3=9, 3x4=124x4=16, 4x5=20…)

Regain control

 Fading,

Whirling.

Too much

                                                                                                Too Much

TOO MUCH!

Colors too intense.

Noises too intense.

Physical sensations too intense.

Shuddering. Seeking solitude.

Words blurring.

                                Turning to mush.

                                                                                Struggling to speak.

                                                                                                                                Loss of balance.

                                                                                                Overstimulation.
